Making an out-patient appointment
Once we have assessed your referral we will write to you asking you to contact us to arrange an appointment. When an appointment time has been agreed you will be sent a letter of confirmation detailing the date, time and location of your appointment.
Very occasionally, in some cases, it may be possible for you to be given advice over the phone. This will need to be discussed when you call to arrange an appointment.
Changing or cancelling an out-patient appointment
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please do so by calling 020 7830 2616. We lose a lot of time and money through non-attendance of appointments and would therefore appreciate it if you could let us know as early as possible if you will not be attending or if you would like to re-arrange your appointment so your slot can be given to another patient.
