Time to remember

A ceremony of remembrance for those who have died in the Royal Free Hospital will be held on Sunday 6 November 2016 at 3pm in the hospital chapel on the lower ground floor. This will be led by the multi-faith chaplaincy team and is open to people of all faiths and beliefs. The ceremony will last approximately 45 minutes and, with your permission, the names of those who have died are read out. There will be an opportunity to light a candle of remembrance during the ceremony.

If you wish to attend and/or or have your relative’s name entered in the book of remembrance, please download our invitation for further details.

Service of remembering

Every year on the last Sunday in October we hold a service, open to people of all faiths and beliefs, for those who have had a pregnancy loss or whose babies were stillborn or died here at the Royal Free Hospital.

The next service will be held in the chapel on Sunday 30 October 2016 at 3pm. It will last approximately 45 minutes. During the service, with the permission of parents, the names of babies are read out and there is an opportunity to light candles of remembrance. The book of remembrance will also be available to view.

If you wish to attend and/or have your baby’s name entered in the book of remembrance, please download our invitation for further details.
