Barnet Hospital, Chase Farm Hospital and the Royal Free Hospital work hard to put patients, families and carers at the centre of all that we do. We are committed to ensuring that not only do our healthcare services provide world class expertise, but also that they are relevant and responsive to local care needs.
To achieve this we involve patients, families and local residents in our rolling programme of focus groups. These give you the opportunity to comment on our services and your experience with us and help shape future developments.
Patients, carers, and people local to Barnet and Chase Farm hospitals can get involved and feedback on NHS services at the patient and relatives' advisory group.
Focus groups for Royal Free Hospital patients and their families are held each month, with the exception of August and December.
