The lead midwife for water births at the Royal Free Hospital will talk through all the information around having a water birth.
Join us in the medical library on the ground floor of the Royal Free Hospital – group study room 1 and 2. The water birth workshop takes place from 9.30-11am on the first Friday of each month (with a couple of exceptions).
Women and their partners are welcome to attend any time after 34 weeks.

A self-referral service is offered to all pregnant and postnatal women who have muscle and joint problems and/or bladder, bowel or pelvic floor problems. You may self-refer from the beginning of pregnancy until three months after giving birth. For referral information call 020 7830 2127 (24 hour answer phone).
