Each metric includes the following details:
- Description: This provides a basic description of the metric
- Graph: This will be a graph showing past and most current data we have
- Rationale: This explains why we have chosen to use this particular metric
- Our objectives: This describes our basic standard and what we aim to achieve to be considered excellent
- Comment on current performance: This explains how we are performing now and our plans for the future
