If you have a query, please call the telephone number on your appointment letter. Alternatively, call 020 7443 9757. If this number is busy, call 020 7794 0500 and ask for extension 31469.

What to bring with you

Please bring your appointment letter and any medication you are currently taking in the original container so that we know its strength and dosage. If this is your follow-up visit please bring your original appointment letter, if possible.

To cancel or change your appointment

If you cannot keep your appointment (or if you would like to change the date or time), telephone the the out-patient appointment centre on 020 7443 9757 or contact us online.

We aim to respect your privacy, dignity, religion and cultural beliefs at all times. Please let us know at clinic if you have any specific needs.
