Share your views on the Start Well case for change before the engagement period ends on Friday 9 September, and help the NHS deliver even better services for children, young people, pregnant women and people, and babies.

Since 4 July, the NHS in North Central London has asked staff, patients and local residents to share their views on a Start Well case for change. The report sets out what we know about current NHS hospital-based maternity, neonatal and children and young people services and highlights some opportunities for the future. It does not propose specific changes or solutions.

There is still time to feedback on the Case for Change. The engagement period remains open until Friday 9 September and we are very keen to hear from as many people as possible – particularly people with recent experience of these services at North Mid, the Royal Free Hospital, Barnet Hospital, Chase Farm Hospital, UCLH, or Whittington Health, and those who may need to use these services in the future.

You can read a leaflet with an overview of the case for change in English, Arabic, Bengali, Polish, Persian (Farsi), Somali, Turkish or easy read and full and summary versions of the report on the NCL health and care website.

To give feedback:

  • Fill in an online survey or request a printed version using the details below
  • Write to FREEPOST NCL NHS (no need for a stamp or postcode)
  • Email: nclicb.startwell@nhs.net
  • Phone: 020 3816 3776.

What you tell us will help the NHS make sure it is delivering the best services to meet the needs of people living in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington, and those from neighbouring boroughs and beyond who choose to use our services.
