Feedback on Google
I've been to the hospital for myself and my children, no once I've I left disappointed. Great hospital with great service.
Thank you to the doctors and nurses in CT & Endoscopy units who were so kind and caring. They were so nice when I had to have a colonoscopy and four weeks later a sigmoidoscopy. Thankfully the outcome was not serious. I cannot praise them all enough. Thank you. Their dedication to their job goes unnoticed.
I would like to thank Mr Volanis his staff, and the staff, of Wellington ward for the care given to me last week very caring and efficient service thanks again.
I had to visit the a and e here after getting a deep cut on my finger. I was seen and treated very quickly; the staff were also very courteous and professional.
Seen very fast and treated within 2 hours. very happy with the service.
Baby at Barnet by C-section - Day Assessment Unit / Delivery Ward / Victoria Ward
We were extremely happy with the care and service we received for the planned c-section for our son at Barnet. The staff were exceptionally friendly, reassuring, and capable despite being very busy. This included the pre op team in the delivery ward, the operation team, and the after care on the Victoria maternity ward. It was much better than our experience at the Royal Free (avoid for birth!).
The anaesthetist and technician were really kind and reassuring, and even managed to make us laugh frequently prior to the op. The operation was over in minutes and the surgeon seems to have done a really efficient job (6 weeks on the wife has had no problems and the scar is very neat and virtuality healed) . Having had less positive experiences with other hospitals the after care with the midwife team was caring, efficient, and proactive. The ward facilities were clean and seemed to be well run. While there were long waits to see specialists we knew that we were always being kept an eye on, and the paediatrician we saw was reassuring friendly and efficient (the referral letter arrived the next day).

My only feedback and words of warning are:
1) the surgeon was very capable but did not even say hello or communicate with my wife about what was happening which would have helped reduce anxiety. However the excellent other staff made up for this.
2) the Victoria Post birth ward is very busy. They will look after you but it inevitably feels like a production line
3) the maternity day assessment unit (pre baby) gets very very busy and can have long waits. Get there early if you can and expect them to lose your blood tests. Happened several times! Also the receptionists were quite capable of being quite dense.

Had the most awful 24 hours... rushed to A&E last night with a suspected testicular tortion. Thankfully it wasn’t and my ball will live to fight another day, but was so scary. All credit to the incredible @RoyalFreeNHS Barnet team who looked after me, can’t fault the service!

My visit to A&E
I had a bad fall - fell flat on my face. My doctor could not see and said I should go to A&E. All the staff whom I had contact with were very friendly and kind. I had wonderful treatment from doctors and nurses and had a full checkup with blood tests, ECGs X-rays ct scan etc.etc. Thank you so much.
A & E visit
I visited the hospital yesterday with excruciating knee pains. I was seen by a doctor. I have visited hospitals in Dubai, South Africa and Singapore and obviously in London. I have never come across a better doctor than the one I saw. Has mannerism was exceptional and he fixed me within 24 hours. He is a credit to Royal Free. Thank you.
