Feedback of the week - 1 July

1 July 2016

We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account@RoyalFreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.

Feedback from NHS Choices

"Great work at Barnet Hospital A&E

I had cause to visit A&E today and Thursday of last week, on both occasions I was treated with courtesy from all of the staff beginning with reception right through to consultants, the department was extremely busy and it was evident staff were run off of their feet. As a fairly urgent case I was seen promptly, even though it was extremely busy I was treated with expert medical care courtesy and dignity. Thank you very much too all the hard working team who were taking abusive & rudeness by several patients and carried on regardless."

"A great comment for gynaecology at Chase Farm Hospital!

I took my 96 year old aunt to the gynaecology department where she was treated with great kindness and dignity. The appointment was on time and the consultant and nurses were lovely. The person by the entrance helped me with her wheelchair and also showed me how to register her disability badge for the car park. This was a really excellent experience."
