"Well done to everyone at Barnet Hospital!
My shoulder was operated on at Barnet Hospital following an accident. Throughout my stay I received excellent care from everyone involved. Waiting in the fracture clinic was minimal. I saw my consultant and their juniors who explained all the options I had. At all times I felt informed and involved in decisions about my care. On arriving on Fern ward I was immediately put at ease by the caring and professional nurses who prepared me for theatre. In no time I was whisked to theatre by a friendly theatre porter. The anaesthetist and their assistant calmed my nerves and put me to sleep and the next thing I new I was in Recovery again receiving kind support and care. From here on my pain relief was excellent. My shoulder had been completely numbed with an injection that lasted well into the next day. I would like to thank all the staff involved and would recommend Barnet Hospital to anyone."
