20 February 2018

Courtesy and respect

I recently had to take my elderly mother to A&E. The kindness, care, manners, thoroughness of the staff cannot be praised highly enough. We had to wait quite some time but as the waiting room was heaving, this did not come as a surprise. You could not fault the staff in any way - they treated my mother with courtesy and respect and it was clear that they would not cut corners in her care. What fabulous staff!

Thankful

I wanted to thank all Royal free hospital maternity staff. Especially my midwives and the doctors from day assessment unit. Despite me visiting so often they were not annoyed and were caring all the time. If not for you i wouldn't hold my baby girl in my arms. Thank you so much

Friendly and professional staff

I took my dad to an appointment at #BarnetHospital today. Three tests, no waiting time, friendly and professional staff. Once again I’m blown away with the service we received. Thank you @RoyalFreeNHS. #SaveOurNHS #FundOurNHS #NHS

Exceptional

@RoyalFreeNHS Our National Health Service is just the greatest! The care my baby has received at Barnet today for bronchiolitis has been nothing short of exceptional. Every nurse and doctor has been fantastic and of course JJ has charmed the pants off of every single one of them!
