19 March 2018

We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalfreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.

Experience at A & E

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention I received last Thursday from the paramedics and onward when I was admitted to the A & E at the Royal Free. The thorough investigations I received, the care, courtesy and attention paid to me during my visit was exemplorary. Fortunately my issue (intense pain from muscle spasm) was not serious (feared displacement of hip replacment, kidney stones?) and I was able to return home after a few hours. I was offered lunch - later in the transport lounge - coffee (and biscuits) - but seriously - I am an o.a.p without anyone nearby and the whole experience was very reassuring to me.

Estelle gave Accident and emergency services at Royal Free Hospital a rating of 5 stars

Treated with kindness

I can’t thank the team at @RoyalFreeNHS enough, every one of them went above and beyond for me and always treated me with kindness. Except for being nil by mouth - torture!
