We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalfreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.
I am very satisfied with the very professional service i received today (saturday) at the blood test department. Despite being very anxious and nervous about having blood taken, the person that took my blood was very understanding and caring and in no time made to feel at ease and comfortable.
Went to A&E midday on Sunday where I was assessed, x-rays, reviewed, and booted up all under an hour!. I was very impressed with the quick response, the professionalism and the care I received. Thank you Royal Free A&E for providing a such a great, local and free service.
