Happy experience at Chase Farm

Today I attended Chase farm endoscopy unit .I arrived feeling nervous but was soon put at ease by the wonderful staff who were attentive and professional. A special thanks to the member of staff who admitted me to the unit and explained everything to me putting me at ease. I certainly would not be worried about going there again .Also thank you to the Doctor who performed my procedure making it pain free .Thank you also to all the nurses for doing a great job with little reward

Outpatient breast clinic

I attended the breast clinic on Friday 22nd June having seen my GP about a lump two weeks before. My whole experience was faultless. All the staff was extremely efficient, kind and helpful. I was seen by the doctor, referred for immediate scan and mammogram both done quickly but skilfully and back with the doctor for the results within 40 minutes. Everything during the whole process was explained to me clearly and with respect and friendliness. To have the results immediately is fantastic and avoids several visits to the hospital and anxious waits in between. A bonus for patient and the NHS Well done and thank you.

The best experience in my entire life

So, my 5 year old had to be taken to hospital with very high temperature and vomiting and after arriving we went to triage with a beautiful nurse. Both ladies have made myself and my daughter feel relieved and calm and they have explained everything in simple terms so that we understand everything. An excellent rapport has been built by both of them with little girl that loathe hospitals. After waiting we were received by the most amazing doctor I could have ever imagined. I gave birth in Barnet General and based on that experience I would have never recommended the hospital to anyone. But after this visit and after this particular doctor, I have changed my mind: the doctor that we have seen is the most humane, kind, caring, sympathetic and relatable person that I have recently met. He managed to make my little girl, Maia, smile and he took his time explaining in vivid detail all that was wrong with her. Unfortunately, the following day Maia took a turn for the worst and I had to be picked up by the ambulance services, and just when I lost all hope the paramedics attending, have proved to me that kindness is still alive and that as a mum, I can relax because I know that my child is safe in someone else’s hands. Upon arrival we were met by the beautiful and gracious nurse, who made and effort of making Maia feel at ease. We then waited for the doctor and yet again we were proved that people do care. Every possible test that all of the above people could have done has been done. I admire and thank all these people that have helped when we needed help the most. Thank you. Cristina.

I have received excellent physiotherapy at Chase Farm more than once.  Recently following a shoulder injury, I have now been discharged and am so grateful for the care and encouragement from the wonderful physiotherapist who looked after me. Thank you to the lovely lady, also the welcoming receptionists.

I had a few A&E visits, one for me, some for my baby and a delivery at this hospital and every single time I was very well treated. I am not speaking just for one off visit, so I would highly recommend it. The doctors and nurses were absolutely lovely; I was listened and taken care of in an excellent way.

Thank you!

Hi there - I just wanted to say that your A&E team today (Sunday 9th July) was an absolute gem. I have received an incredible level of humanity and care from the staff, who had to deal with long queues and verbally threatening service users. I just wanted to say that they have done an amazing job and that I really appreciated it. Thank you.
