Feedback from NHS Choices
Took my elderly mother for a blood test. New (booked) system worked extremely well. All staff were efficient, helpful, caring and friendly. My mother said that the phlebotomist was the most skilful she's ever encountered."
"Amazing from dermatology!
I dreaded taking my elderly mother to the Clock Tower reception, as it had seemed chaotic when we last visited a different department in 2014. It is now well-organised and the dermatology receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient. In fact all of the dermatology team were very caring, helpful, efficient and skilled."
