"Good work from day surgery! 

My mum was treated in the day surgery unit by the gynaecological team. My mum was extremely nervous and the staff (nurses, anaesthesiologist and senior consultant) were caring and reassuring. We've never had this kind of genuine care and support from hospital staff. The pre-surgery assessment was quicker than anticipated. It was our first time at the Barnet hospital and it we were positively impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their genuine concern. 

Also, the layout of the hospital is such that it is easy to go from one place to the other without getting lost."

"Great stuff from dermatology!

We had to visit the hospital today for a small operation that took about 30 minutes, we were seen straight away my husband was treated with respect and everything was done carefully with no problems at all. The doctor was efficient , very nice nurse all information given, only one complaint that the letter to say what treatment would be done arrived Saturday morning, only few hours before we needed to be seen, it would have been nice to have the information a few days before. Well done a Barnet once again we wouldn't go anywhere else."

Really pleased with all the staff on day surgery from the lovely HCA who was so kind right up to the consultants who did my PS on the number of occasions I have had to attend, thanks especially to the plastics registrar who was so helpful and has done a fab job of making my breast reconstruction look so much better you're all a credit to this great hospital."
