Feedback of the week - 18 November

18 November 2016

We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account@RoyalFreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.

Feedback from NHS Choices

"Broken finger

This was the first time I visited the urgent care clinic at Chase Farm Hospital. I arrived early expecting there to be a queue, but there wasn't. The receptionist was friendly and made me feel relaxed. The nurse had a smile and knew their stuff, which gives confidence. I was there for an hour and got an X-ray too. Brilliant!"

"The best medical care in the world

From start to the end I was looked after by a team of professionals highly knowledgeable, caring, compassionate giving a lot of time and attention to details. Feral unit, labour ward (south ward 5th floor) and day assessment unit - all staff offered exceptional medical care far beyond their duties providing reassurance, care and support throughout to me, my family. I am lost for wards to express my gratitude and adoration towards all doctors, midwives and any others who apart from doing their best were also able to offer very personalised care and support. Thank you all - you are simply the best!"

"Palm ward

The nurses and doctors on palm ward were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. they did everything possible to help my wife. The doctor and their team were great."
