Excellent again grin

Like many of us, I manage to work myself up into a bit of a state over my blood test taking - lets face it, nobody likes needles. Turned up just before my allotted time of 12.30, waited around 2 minutes, if that, and straight into cubicle 2. The lady, I forgot to check her name, immediately put me at ease in a very kind and professional manner. Her blood taking skills are next to none, barely felt it. Cannot fault this service at all, thank you grin
