Feedback of the week 19 - 25 March

I have never stayed in hospital before and I wasnt looking forward to that experience after my surgery. The staff in chase farm hospital are exceptional human beings...my perception about Doctors, Nurses, Carers and all who work in the Chase Farm NHS has changed. From the very moment I got into the hospital everyone was nice and even before the surgery..the team put my mind at ease and re-assured me that all will be well and yes it was the best experienced ever...I can't thank them enough and on the ward (Wellinton ward) the staff are the best in the whole wide world..very kind and friendly..with lovely smiles in all they doing and they make u even forget that you are in hospital..I cant thank you all enough..I can only spread the good news to friends and family. Thank you to everyone on wellington ward. I enjoyed my stay and feel blessed to have met beautiful souls like u all.
You treat everyone in the ward as individual and have time for all of us...you all are cheerful and approchable.

Like many of us, I manage to work myself up into a bit of a state over my blood test taking - lets face it, nobody likes needles. Turned up just before my allotted time of 12.30, waited around 2 minutes, if that, and straight into cubicle 2. The lady, I forgot to check her name, immediately put me at ease in a very kind and professional manner. Her blood taking skills are next to none, barely felt it. Cannot fault this service at all, thank you
