Excellent treatment at the orthodontic department

I experienced the best treatment ever at the Orthodontic Department, Chase Farm Hospital.

My son had some underlying problems with his teeth which required correction by wearing braces. We got a referral to Chase Farm Hospital and the Consultant inserted/fixed the braces to align the teeth. This was followed by numerous visits to monitor the progress of the treatment. As could be expected with most of orthodontic treatments of this nature, the treatment took a very long time. The Consultant constantly gave and explained thoroughly the treatment and maintenance instructions and made sure that you understood them. Finally, the braces were removed last year and given retainers to wear at night time. After a few visits this year, my son was discharged last week with brilliant straightened teeth.

I am so grateful to the Consultant and the whole team for the excellent treatment provided. The whole team, the Consultant, the nurses and the Receptionists, were all exceptionally friendly, professional and always ensured that you had the necessary facilities for your treatment. I highly recommend anyone with orthodontic problem to choose Chase Farm Hospital whenever possible.

I have received excellent physiotherapy at Chase Farm more than once. Recently following a shoulder injury. I have now been discharged and am so grateful for the care and encouragement from the wonderful physiotherapist who looked after me. Thankyou to the lovely lady, also the welcoming receptionists.
