"Professional and considerate treatment at busy time.
From Reception through to Triage to ECG to Blood Test to First Assessment by dr to Xray to Final Meeting with dr, everything was done with consideration and efficiency over a period of four hours which was entirely reasonable considerable the numbers attending A&E and the number of tests that were carried out. A tribute to the hard working staff at the hospital working to strict NHS criteria. Thank you."
I attended the new urgent care unit on Saturday 26th November with my partner, she had an accident at work and had a facial injury, she was quite distressed. Everyone from the receptionist who took her details, the triage nurse and then the doctor who saw and treated her, showed the upmost respect and professionalism. We were on our way home within 2 hours. Well done Chase Farm Hospital."
