Feedback from NHS Choices
A very good experience
I went to Barnet Hospital today for some diagnostic tests. Every staff member I spoke to, from the receptionists, nurses, radiographers, radiologist and consultant, were all polite, respectful and helpful. You always feel a bit vulnerable in these situations but I felt comforted and secure. There was a long delay in the department so I had to wait an extra hour but as I was able to have all my tests done at the same time, and get the results immediately, it wasn't really a problem. Thanks to all your staff for their efforts - it really makes a difference.
Echocardiogram
Went for an echocardiogram - my first one. Was a little nervous as I wasn't sure what to expect. The physicians were excellent and made me feel very comfortable. We had a good chat and a laugh and they were very efficient. Well done.
Audiology
Thank you for your care and kindness in the Audiology Dept . Staff is amazing and helpful. I am now able to hear again which is overwhelming.
Excellent; professional and kind staff
The staff in the gynaecology department were wonderful today. I had a hysteroscopy examination, and despite it being an uncomfortable and unpleasant procedure, the team made it bearable. In particular, the consultant was very informative and kind.
Amazing professionalism
We had to use Barnet A&E on Thursday evening and were bowled over by a whole raft of professionals all of whom played their part with kindness, good humour and speed. We were left speechless with gratitude.
A & E visit
Visit to A and E with my daughter - really impressed with the professionalism, dedication and kindness of the nurse and doctor who treated her. There were over 100 patients in a and e the night we went so it was packed but she still received first rate treatment
Thanks to all staff
On Saturday 4th Aug 2018 whilst on a day trip into London I unfortunately suffered an Ischemic Stroke which affected my left arm and speech I was taken to Barnet Hospital A & E. I was very impressed with all the staff who treated me especially one in particular who was very professional and very clear and managed to calm my wife's fears about my condition and I would be very grateful if you could let him know how grateful we are to him and pass on our thanks. To everyone - Thank You
