We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalFreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.

"Great stuff from 5 East
My daughter was referred here in November 2014 having already waited a year for surgery at our local hospital, which let her down time and again. She had a blockage in her kidney which was causing her considerable pain. We saw a consultant who said they would try to operate within 2 months - as much as I wanted to believe this we'd just been let down so many times, I couldn't. On 22nd Jan my daughter was in having surgery. She was on ward 5EastB. The nurses, and all staff, we're wonderful. My daughter is 17 and was on an adult ward and was treated wonderfully by every single person we came into contact with. She was in for a few days - we had an appt for a follow up given to us before her discharge. There were some complications removing her stent but the hospital were amazing and she had 3 procedures in 2 weeks which resulted in her stent being removed. I, for one, cannot praise this hospital enough! They have restored my faith in the NHS. The consultant and their urology team are amazing and they are true to their word. Thank you to all at the Royal Free - my daughter can now get on with being a normal teenager!!" (NHS Choices)

"Well done to staff at Chase Farm Hospital and Barnet Hospital
After an overnight transfer from Chase Farm Hospital, the care and attention from all staff at Barnet was excellent - something I cannot stress highly enough. All of the staff on the ward remembered my name and showed terrific care and attention to their job, hampered as they are by what seems like endless amounts of paperwork. It seems a great shame that people who are obviously dedicated to their profession have to spend so much of their time filling in paperwork. I really can't praise all of the staff on Beech Ward highly enough." (NHS Choices)

"A pat of the back to the cardio therapy team!
Words cannot express my gratitude fully for the way in which the team of the Cardio Dept first saved my life, and then looked after me for 5 days with extreme care and attention. The standard of treatment was superb. I send my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of the team for helping me through to a better quality of life. Bless them!!!" (NHS Choices)
