"Great work from A&E!
Went to A&E this morning at 9.30am and the service could not have been better. Both the doctor and nurse I saw were kind and attentive and got a great care. I was seeing really quickly and was home in bed with all necessary antibiotics and painkillers by 11.30am. I would have no hesitation in recommending A&E in the Royal Free in Hampstead."
"Top stuff from phlebotomy at Chase Farm Hospital!
I went for a blood test on Monday 3 August around lunch time., but given that the waiting room was full I was seen in good time. That staff were efficient, helpful and friendly, the waiting area and blood testing cubicles were clean and tidy - and I received my results by Wednesday evening! how is that for service - very impressed."
"A great comment for the imaging team at Chase Farm Hospital!
Visited x-ray department on 3 August 2015 and received excellent customer service from a member of staff who went out of their way to ensure I was seen for a Doppler Scan due to suspect DVT. The x-ray department was as always very busy and even more so due to a new computerised system going live that day so the assistance I received was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this hospital."
