"Great stuff from Beech Ward!"

"My mother was admitted to Beech Ward on 7th April after sustaining a hip fracture. Hers was s complicated case as she has had all four knee and hip joints replaced over a period of 18 years. As a family, we were extremely anxious as she presented a high risk in terms of age, infection etc. The staff provided a first class level of care over her 7 week stay and we cannot praise them enough. They listened patiently to our concerns and were extremely approachable despite being so very busy. They were respectful to my mother at all times. The nurses, healthcare assistants, physios, doctors etc were all cheerful and always polite. The ward was spotless and was regularly cleaned. All in all, the care we received was superb and we are grateful to all the staff for making my mother's stay so comfortable."
