23 July 2018
We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalfreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.
Feedback from NHS Choices
I had my second visit to the Royal Free Hospital. My first visit was with (name withheld for data protection) a very nice lady who interviewed me and took all my information thoroughly to find out my Scleroderma history and gave me a long list of medications to buy over the counter or prescription which have been helping me without any allergy reaction. On my second visit I met a Professor (name withheld for data protection ) and he too was very nice and after a long talk explaining to me the next stage they have planned for me to improve my Scleroderma and health overall. Again, I would like to thank the Royal Free Hospital for taking such good care of me. I eagerly look forward to my next visit there which is just a few months away

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust NHS I would like to say a huge thank you to all the Nurses, Floor Staff, Doctors and Occupational therapists at the Royal Free Hospital. For the past 8 weeks they have looked after, cared for and shown the most incredible levels of patience for a family member unfortunately suffering with dementia. Times are hard for anyone going through something like this, however, the staff at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust were so exceptional in the service they provided that it could not have been made easier for the whole family. You have shown kindness in difficult situations and made a great woman feel like she had fantastic additions to her family for a short period of time. I wish you all well and hope others out there that walk through your doors feel the same way we do

We were given the most wonderful care and support for our Mum in the last days of her life. The ward staffs were kind and compassionate, the Doctors helped us with making difficult decisions and the palliative care team were amazing. Our Mum could not have been better cared for and was able to end her life with dignity.
