Feedback from NHS Choice
Excellent urgent care
I have just come back from Urgent Care after crushing my foot. I was seen by triage within 10 minutes. Taken straight to a very funny friendly doctor (in room 5). I went for my x-ray and back to the doctor asap. I took my book but didn't have time to read it. All the staff from reception to triage, doctors and x-ray were brilliant. Thank you all your doing a wonderful job.
Great treatment for my little boy at ENT
Had a fantastic experience with my 4-year old at the Ear, Nose Throat department at Chase Farm recently. We were greeted at the main door on arrival by a friendly staff member who directed us appropriately. On arrival at the children's outpatient waiting area I was helped to check in using the machines, while my little boy was so excited to see the toys to keep him amused. We were called in very quickly by the nurses to assess his weight and height; they could see he was a little apprehensive and took their time to encourage him to be measured. We then saw a doctor, had a small procedure, a hearing test and a final consultation with the doctor. Every staff member was so kind and patient; we had a really great experience at Chase Farm.

This is a compliment. Sunday 17th March at 2.30pm had an endoscopy examination. As I had liver disease and Barretts Oesophagus, I'm an expert in having the procedure and know when it’s good and when it’s bad. My experience on this occasion was perfect. The nurses were amazing, really caring and considerate. The consultant - well I have no memory of how well he did his bit - so that's a plus straight away - the sedation was spot on. If you have to have an endoscopy - this is definitely the place to have it done. Thank you.

@RoyalFreeNHS Unsung heroes #4. Huge thank you to Bernadette, Ward sister on 8 east. You'd be hard pushed to find a more helpful and understanding lady. I hope you pass these on. Sometimes a thank you makes all the difference.
