"A great comment for rheumatology at the Royal Free Hospital!
The staff on reception (9.30am Tue 23rd Aug 2016) and the nurses were professional and helpful. The doctor was excellent. I found all the help I needed and the consultation was caring and professional. Xray were also really quick and helpful."
"Brilliant work at the Chase Farm Hospital urgent care centre!
Attended on Sunday morning with a badly broken toe. Reception staff friendly and efficient and just a short wait to see nurse who sent me for x-ray. This too only involved a short wait (for the radiologist to come over from another part of the hospital) and then saw nurse again once x-rays were available. Good discussion with nurse regarding treatment, painkilling options and follow-up. All told, a good experience which took less than two hours from start to finish. Very impressed with the professionalism and good humour of the staff."
