We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalfreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.
Feedback from NHS Choices
The staff, especially three, provided quality care. They treated me with dignity and respect. They informed me of everything that was going on including what medication I was taking and it’s purpose. In such a busy ward the care was faultless in such a demanding role.
I just wanted to express my gratitude to all staff as every single person that I came across was absolutely lovely. The staff never stop and are so professional and caring. I left the hospital with nothing but admiration for them! The hospital should be so proud.
