Feedback of the week - 26 June 2015
26 June 2015
We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalFreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.
Feedback from NHS Choices
"Great stuff from women’s physiotherapy!
I visited the department this morning for an appointment and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received. I saw a member of staff who was really friendly and knowledgeable and their advice was very helpful. In a society where we are very quick to complain (especially about the NHS) I wanted to share my positive experience."
"Top stuff from Chase Farm Hospital!
Appointment for 9.20, on way home by 9.40. Staff very kind, helpful and efficient."
"Good work from the ED department at the Royal Free Hospital!
While on holiday in London I had a relapse of Nephrotic Syndrome (kidneys). When I attended the Emergency Dept I was extremely impressed. They did all the tests. Urine, blood, X-ray. The results were ready in about an hour. I saw several people, finally with the Registrar who explained the situation clearly and with expertise. They also listened thoughtfully to my answers to their questions. Medicine was prescribed and two weeks later the situation had improved. I could not have been more impressed."
