Feedback from NHS Choices 

"Great work all round!

I was knocked down by a cyclist and was taken by ambulance to Royal Free. I had sustained a broken foot and a badly fractured elbow which required surgery . I was in hospital for 3 nights and the care and orthopedic team could not have been more friendly and helpful. The hospital was very clean. The follow up care was equally good whether it be the orthopedic clinic or physiotherapy considering the pressure everyone must be under given the number of patients they deal with on a daily basis."

"Top stuff from phlebotomy

Thanks royal free for a very good service. Clinic well signposted and I was done and dusted in less than three minutes. I was very impressed! And it didn't cost me a thing.... Let's be thankfull for our brilliant NHS!"
