Feedback from NHS Choices
I just wanted to say that I was in A&E yesterday and although I was there for 3 hours. I could not fault the staff and service. Clearly under pressure and extremely busy but everytime I was seen the doctors and nurses were lovely and so helpful and still had a smile on their faces. They couldn’t of done more for me.

On Thursday I had a colonoscopy at Chase Farm Hospital. I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and attention. The advice given to me to take the medication beforehand was invaluable and once at the appointment, the nurses and Dr O'shea were extremely professional and considerate throughout. Thank you very much
