Feedback from NHS Choices
Well done
I have been attending chase farm for a number of years for my ears and I have always had very good treatment and help and can only thank all the staff for my treatment over the years the old building was a little depressing but the new building is like the icing on the cake
Oncologist dept
I am currently attending the oncologist dept. for prostate cancer and I am completely satisfied for the attention given to me by the doctor and the nurse. I will soon start the radiotherapy and I am confident that the team will draw the best plan for me. Thank you.
Amazing A&E Staff
I arrived at A&E yesterday at 2pm and was triaged within minutes by a lovely nurse. I then waited about half an hour for bloods to be taken and then had to wait to be seen by a doctor. It was very busy there but the nurse who took my blood was also very kind. I later saw a lovely doctor who examined me & arranged a CT scan, after which he found us a comfy place to wait instead of going back to the waiting room. Yes we were there for 8 hours but were offered a hot drink and kindness and professionalism the whole time. The same doctor gave me my results at 10pm and after all those hours on shift, made it seem like he had all the time in the world. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to those staff yesterday, a couple of nurses also just took time out to make sure we were ok when we were waiting. I have no complaints at all.
