Feedback of the week 3 February

6 February 2017

We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalfreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.

Feedback from NHS Choices

"Barnet General is a credit to the NHS
My father was admitted to Damson ward on Friday 27 January. From triage onwards the nursing staff could not have been better. Our experience made me feel proud to be British and I was overwhelmed by the speed of the diagnostic procedures and the way they dealt with my father. This is now the third time my father has had to be admitted the first being 1971 and then again in 2005 on these two occasions Barnet General saved his life. I cannot speak highly enough of our recent experience and not only are the nursing staff incredible even the waitresses and janitors had a smile on their faces. Thank you to everyone for your kindness, patience and unbelievable care."

"Great care at A&E dept
Attended a&e dept with severe right side pain and was attended by truly caring staff, had all tests done and wasn.t let go until i was given a clear diagnosis and assured of the following steps that need to be taken.Truly grateful for the great work the doctor and all staff do."
