3 March 2017
We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalfreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.
Feedback from NHS Choices
"Wonderful care. Thank you
When staying with a friend in London, I fractured my wrist and went to Royal Free, where this was dealt with, as well as a cardiac problem, diagnosed while I was there. I stayed in hospital for a week, and have since been back for several visits to Orthopedic, Physio, and Cardiology outpatient departments.
The care and treatment I have received, and am still, receiving at this hospital is outstanding.
Nothing too much trouble. All the staff I have met everywhere in the hospital have been extremely helpful and friendly - lovely kind, smiley people.
A huge thank you to everyone"
"Service provided could not be faulted
Had a fall resulting in a broken wrist and from arrival at reception, through triage, x ray and subsequent treatment the service I received was swift, efficient and helpful and within two hours I was on my way home. Grateful thanks to all the staff concerned."
