Great emergency service

I am so very thankful for the service the NHS provided me, since the paramedics that picked me up at the hotel, through all the staff at the Royal Free Hospital, in the emergency room, cardiology and angiography. Thank you so much for the care, professionalism and endless efforts to treat me. One special thanks to two members of staff in particular and the most efficient nurse ever, who is like a "Tinkle bell" in the cardiology service.. so much grateful to have been in the hands of all you great people that day.

Coronary care unit

My mum was treated at the coronary care unit and i could not fault the care she received. I would personally like to thank Isabel (staff nurse) who was responsible for monitoring my mother’s condition. She was compassionate, kind, informative, thorough and went over and above her role. I want her to be recognised for the genuine care she provided. If you read this Isabel, you are amazing and I hope there are many more nurses who possess your skills and compassion and have the privilege to work alongside you so that they are able to be inspired by your passion for nursing.

Chase Farm Blood tests

Today I had to take my two year old for a blood test. We actually went in before our appointment time and the staff were very efficient and made sure we were aware of things. They did a brilliant job!
