Praise goes to the Plastic Wards on North 7
"My mother was in one of your plastic wards North 7 – I think – and has nothing but praise for all your staff doctors, nurses, dinner ladies etc she was treated with consideration and respect and kept informed at all times of her treatment etc – we came to pick her up yesterday and have to say our experience was very different to ones we have had at local hospitals where non-medical staff can be very unhelpful – the man on the main reception desk was so helpful and as I didn’t know my mother’s DOB he even wrote it down on a slip of paper for me – what a nice guy – we got lost trying to find the ward and general staff who came across us wondering around were also very helpful and volunteered to help before we asked – people are very quick to complain but not so quick to take the time to comment on a good experience so I would just like to say on my mum’s behalf and ours how happy she was with the whole experience which could have been very traumatic for her." NHS Choices.
A well done to all our staff
"Visited the A&E department at the Royal Free and could not have been more impressed. The staffs were brilliant, so kind, and so helpful and really treated me as an individual. I was so ill when I arrived and they did a truly wonderful job, despite the fact they were extremely busy due to 2 other local A&Es being closed. Thank you so much." NHS Choices.
Compliments to the A&E department
"I had to go to an emergency hospital in London and I choose the royal free hospital. From my short experience there I would definitely recommend to anyone. The staff was very helpful, quite fast and respectful. There was a situation going on with a patient causing problems, which was handled very well by the security. No problems at all. 5* to me."
