Feedback of the week - 5 - 11 February 2018

12 February 2018

We regularly receive encouraging feedback regarding the services at our trust, via patient letters, NHS Choices or Patient Opinion reviews and our social media accounts, such as our official Twitter account @RoyalfreeNHS and our Facebook page. Take a look at some of this week's feedback below.

Feedback from NHS Choices

Went the extra mile

I trusted this doctor due to his caring manner, which isn't always the case. Really went the extra mile.

Nurses...were nice to me all the way through my treatment, and showed concern just before I left, advising me to go back if I developed a headache. This was an extra caring touch rather than leaving me feeling like an inconvenience which has happened to me at other local hospitals.

An excellent experience in A and E

I recently spent a morning at the royal free A and E with a family member who required emergency treatment. I was really impressed with the staff. Despite being rushed off their feet they were professional, informative, enthusiastic and friendly.
They organised the investigations swiftly and kept us fully informed with the results.
I feel lucky to have access to such a fantastic local hospital.
I am very grateful to every member of staff who cared for us on that occasion. You should be proud to be part of such a great team.

Extremely efficient

My family and I are immensely grateful with the paramedics who arrived very quickly last 21st of January when my husband was having a cardiac arrest. They were extremely efficient and treated us all with care and respect.

Thank you to the wonderful nurses in Barnet hospital fracture clinic who looked after my daughter on Tuesday afternoon.
