Feedback from NHS Choices

"Great work from A&E!

I went to A&E yesterdayafternoon. I had a very bad pain in stomach. After signing in at the reception I was called up. The first to see me was the nurse, who was very kind and helpful. They looked after me and tried their best to calm my pain. They then referred me to the doctor. While waiting for the doctor I was sick and nurses were very kind and willing to help me.

The doctor was very kind and calm, They looked after me and conducted so many tests and in the end after making sure I am ok, they let me go home.
Normally I've visited A&E with my children when they were ill but last night I was impressed with everyone.

I would like to thank everyone for looking after me.Keep up the good work and thank you."

"Good work all round!

I had a miscarriage recently and during this devastating time all the staff in the Early Pregnancy Unit were kind, caring and professional. I had to return for a D&C yesterday and, again, found all staff attentive, caring and very efficient. They talked me through all the procedures, answered all our questions, and made me feel well looked after and valued as a delicate person in my own right. They gave me everything I needed to ensure I was comfortable, hydrated and ready to go home once I felt ready.

I'm so grateful for all their help and support. I would thoroughly recommend them to other women suffering this terrible loss."
