Endometriosis is a long term condition affecting women during their reproductive years. This occurs when cells like those found inside the womb move and implant outside the womb. The condition is hormone (oestrogen) dependent, non-cancerous, and characterised by pelvic pain and difficulties falling pregnant.
Join Miss Eleni Mavrides, consultant gynaecologist, and Dr Martin Hirsch, speciality registrar and endometriosis researcher, from 5-6pm on Monday 21 November to answer your questions on how best to diagnose and manage endometriosis.
