Biography

Richard was appointed to the council of governors in January 2015 as a representative of the London Borough of Camden. He has lived in Camden for the past 20 years and is currently a Labour and Co-op councillor for Fortune Green ward. He sits on Camden council's Health and Adult Social Care scrutiny committee. Professionally, Richard is a government relations and communications consultant. In the past, he has been a special adviser to a secretary of state for health, and a parliamentary officer for the Royal College of Nursing.
