Biography
Dr Althauser is a general consultant ophthalmologist with a special interest in diabetic eye disease. Since July 2013 she is service line lead in ophthalmology and since July 2012 she is clinical director of the North Central London Diabetic Eye Screening Programme. Trained in Germany, she has been working in the Royal Free since 1996.
