Chase Farm Hospital chief executive and director of nursing
Natalie has many years of experience as an intensive care unit nurse in London, the majority of which was in cardiothoracic and transplantation units. Latterly at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust before moving into nurse management. She became a director of nursing in London in 2007, a position she held at several trusts until 2012 when she had a short period as interim chief executive of West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust before moving to Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals NHS Trust just before it was acquired by the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. For the last two years, Natalie has been the programme director for the redevelopment of Chase Farm Hospital.
