At each of our London hospitals, we ensure that we are welcoming, respectful, reassuring and communicative. Our values were chosen by our patients and staff and underpin all we do.

Advice for our patients

The Met Office has issued an adverse weather warning. Cold weather, including snow, is expected between Friday 16 March and Tuesday 20 March. 

Patients and visitors are asked to leave extra time for their journey to our hospitals and to check the TfL website for travel updates.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know in advance by calling the telephone number on your appointment letter.

Our staff love to hear your comments and all feedback is passed back to the team. We take all complaints very seriously and will investigate each matter that is raised. We will respond to you as quickly as possible and we use the complaints we receive to improve our medical services and healthcare for all our patients.
