COVID-19 (coronavirus): Information for the public

If you are experiencing symptoms that concern you, please do not come into hospital. Please stay indoors and avoid contact with others. Use NHS 111 online for advice. Call NHS 111 if you need to speak to someone.

In order to reduce non-essential hospital visits, we're making some changes to out-patient appointments and visiting across our locations. Read more here.

Communication between patients and relatives/friends

We know this is a very difficult time for patients and visitors, and we thank you for your help in keeping our hospitals safe.
During this time, visitors are not allowed in our hospitals except in specific circumstances. We encourage you to use phone or video calls to stay in touch. Teams will be supporting communication between patients and key contacts, and also virtual visits where possible.
Our ward teams are extremely busy, and will endeavour to answer telephone calls as soon as possible. To help us, please only contact the ward team if you are a patient's named key contact. Further information is available here.

Our values

At each of our London hospitals, we ensure that we are welcoming, respectful, reassuring and communicative. Our values were chosen by our  patients and staff and underpin all we do.
