Advice for our patients

Our hospitals are extremely busy and our committed staff are working hard to deliver the very best care to all of our patients.

In line with recommendations from NHS England, we have plans in place to manage this high demand and ensure our patients are safe. Patients with any appointments or planned operations should attend our hospitals as normal unless they are contacted by us.

Compliments and complaints

Our staff love to hear your comments and all feedback is passed back to the team. We take all complaints very seriously and will investigate each matter that is raised. We will respond to you as quickly as possible and we use the complaints we receive to improve our medical services and healthcare for all our patients.
