My RFL Care patient portal

Welcome to My RFL Care

Paperless appointment letters are now live across all specialties at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust via our web-based patient portal My RFL Care.

My RFL Care enables patients to view their appointments online in one place, anytime and anywhere. Patients can switch to only receive digital appointment letters by changing their preferences in the ‘my details’ section of the portal. Once you have made the switch, you will no longer be sent letters in the post. You will however be sent a text message with a link when you have a new appointment letter, which allows you to view and download your appointment letters and cancel or reschedule appointments.

Please note that although all specialties are now live you may still receive one or two appointment letters in the post during the transition. Certain appointment types, for example blood tests and breast screening, will also continue to be sent via the post regardless of whether you switch to paperless.

Going paperless means you can view your appointments quickly and easily in one accessible place. It also saves the NHS money and reduces our environmental impact, saving on the amount of paper we use as an organisation.
