Living well with cancer
5 April 2018, 10:30 – 15:30
Location: The Atrium, The Royal Free Hospital, Hampstead, Pond Street, NW3 2QG, London
You are invited to our Living Well with Cancer event where our aim is to empower people affected by cancer, their families and carers to be able to live as full a life as possible. We have guest speakers talking about:
- eating well with cancer
- keeping active
- keeping fit
- psychological aspects of living with cancer
- the welfare team to give advice about welfare and benefits
There will be the opportunity to take part in chair based exercise workshops, mindfulness workshops and hear about the healing benefits of plants. We will have massage therapists available.
We have invited our local support services and charities to provide an exhibition of the different courses they provide to support people with cancer and their families and carers.
We want to find out what matters to our patients. How can we support you? How can we improve your experience?
