Medicine for members event at Barnet Hospital

Location: Lecture theatre, Barnet Hospital

Members of the public are invited to attend our first medicine for members event being held at the lecture theatre at Barnet Hospital on Tuesday, 22 January from 6-8pm.

This event will feature the work done by our Starlight neonatal unit which cares for premature babies. Barnet Hospital has the only unit in the UK to have specialist rooms enabling parents and their babies to stay together 24 hours a day throughout the neonatal journey. The unit also provides aftercare so parents can confidently care for their babies when they go home. 

Our medicines for members events are hosted by our governors and offer the opportunity to hear about services offered at your local hospital. 

As well as hearing from our consultants, parents will talk about their experiences and the support they received.
