27 November 2017, 09:30 – 10:30
As part of our commitment to improving the quality of care we provide our patients, we want to talk to patients and the public about how we improve the quality of our services.
We will be holding patient sessions at Barnet Hospital on Monday 27 November, 2017 at 9.30 am.
We would like to talk to patients and citizens about how we improve the quality of our services. As a trust we work with Institute for Health Care Improvement (IHI), a not for profit organisation who support us in quality improvement. We would like to invite you to a session along with our IHI colleagues to find out what matters to you and how best to involve patients in improving services. We would welcome your contribution and hope that you can join us for the session.
