Royal Free London Quality accounts 2018/19: Have your say
15 February 2019, 09:00 – 13:30
Location: Atrium, Royal Free Hospital
Each year, all NHS organisations are required to produce a report which sets out how we continue to improve the quality of care and services that we provide, which is known as a quality account Quality Accounts
Our quality account should give patients, the public and other stakeholders information on:
- what we are doing well
- where improvements in service quality are required
- what our priorities for improvement are for the coming year; and,
- how we have involved people who use our services, staff, and others with an interest in our organisation in deciding on the priority areas for improvement.
Our quality account for 2018/19 will be submitted in line with the national timetable for publication (June 2019) and will follow a set structure to enable direct comparison with other organisations.
We welcome your views in the development of our account and would like you to tell us what is important to you.
We are holding our consultation event on the 15 February 2019 from 9am-1.30pm.
It will held in the Atrium at the Royal Free Hospital.
The guest speaker will be Jocelyn Cornwell, the chief executive of The Point of Care Foundation.
Presentations will be made from the clinical divisions across the sites showcasing improvements made in patient care and outcomes.
Refreshments and lunch provided.
