There’s no parking at the hospital during the day, but there are a limited number of disabled (blue badge) parking spaces which can be used free of charge between 8am and 5pm.

From 5pm to 8am and at weekends, normal charges apply to blue badge holders (the first 20 minutes are free and £3 per hour thereafter).

There’s a limited amount of pay and display parking on nearby roads: Magdala Avenue, Highgate Hill and Dartmouth Park Hill.

The Magdala Avenue entrance is fully accessible to wheelchair users.

Lifts are available to all wards and clinics — they have automatic voice announcements at each floor and information in braille.

Toilets for wheelchair users are in the main clinic area on the first floor, and on the ground floor next to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service office.

Volunteers may be available to escort patients to their clinic. Please call 020 7272 3070 ext 5114 or 3282. Please ask the staff at the Magdala Avenue reception desk if you need any help.

There’s a food court and shop on level 1 via the main entrance in Magdala Avenue. It offers hot and cold meals and snack items throughout the day and is open daily from 7am to 8pm.

A free-to-use cash machine is just outside of the food court.
