Macmillan cancer information and support centres

We are here for anyone affected by cancer, and can offer information on a range of social, practical and financial issues. We offer help with emotional support, and are also here just to listen and give you time to talk through things. We can even offer video chat to those who are unable to come into the hospital but who would like to talk ‘face to face’.

Whether you have just been told the news that it's cancer, just finished your treatment or need help after your treatment has finished, we are here for you.

Feedback from some of our members

"The staff were so kind, helpful and understanding. It really helps knowing                                                         someone is there to help and is on your side"!

"The wide choice of information is excellent. Being able to take away a                                                                selection of leaflets after a chat was very helpful."

"It helped for me to talk to someone who understands. It was the first time I've                            spoken to anyone as I've tried to keep a brave face. I'm so glad I popped by."
